ZF Group in Marshall, IL seeks a Plant Controller to manage all accounting and finance functions for our manufacturing operations. You will oversee payroll, payables, receivables, fixed assets, GL, cost accounting and analysis to support profitability and budgeting.

The role leads the information systems function, coordinates monthly close and reporting, supports long-range planning, and ensures SOX compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business administration with sufficient accounting courses.
• 7–10 years of progressively challenging financial assignments in a manufacturing environment.

• Maintain Sarbanes Oxley compliance

• Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.

Job Description

About the Team:

Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of all financial and information systems data and for providing financial reports required by internal management and external regulatory agencies. Responsible for the development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise profitability, capital expenditures and performance against budget.

The expected base compensation for this role is $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Your Profile as a Plant Controller:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or business administration with sufficient accounting courses; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years experience in progressively more challenging financial assignments in a manufacturing environment.
