As a Customer Service Representative at ZF, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing delivery performance, coordinating shipment activities, maintaining critical customer data, and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. The expected base compensation for this role is $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
