Job summary

ZF is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the finance function for the Marshall operations. You will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, drive cost management and inventory controls, and partner with Plant Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to boost profitability.

In this role you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, maintain SOX compliance, and mentor finance staff while supporting strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years in progressive finance or accounting.
• 5+ years manufacturing finance or plant controller experience.
• Strong cost accounting in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting and finance functions for the plant operations.
• Oversee month-end closing and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls.
• Provide financial guidance to operations and leadership.
• Partner with operations to identify cost reductions and efficiencies.
