Job summary

Antolin, a leading global automotive supplier, seeks a Controller to provide accurate financial leadership that supports growth and profitability across the organization. You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and sound fiscal management while partnering with leadership.

You will lead the finance team, coordinate budgeting and 5-year plans, and oversee regulatory adherence, audits, and grants while pushing continuous improvement and value creation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in a finance supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Implement finance direction standards for economic control.
• Represent the Finance Direction and deploy policies.
• Manage periodical financial controlling, accounting, and analysis under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
• Coordinate budgeting, P&L, CAPEX, and working capital objectives.
• Support management in deviations, and forecast information.
• Prepare documentation for grants and subsidies and support audits.

Mission:

As a Controller at Antolin, you will provided accurate, timely, and insightful financial leadership that supports business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. The Controller ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, effective internal controls, and sound fiscal management while partnering with leadership to drive profitability, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the Finance Direction standards and guidelines for the economic control of the company.
• Represent the Finance Direction in the company deploying its policies and initiatives.
• Responsible to manage all issues related to periodical financial controlling, financial, and analytical accounting, supervised by the Business Unit Controller. Follow up and update procedures, instructions, and forms for the best economic control of the company.
• Assure compliance of regulations both external and internal.
• Follow up of year budget elaboration and fulfilment of the objectives (P&L, CAPEX, Working Capital, etc.)
• Collaboration and support to Management in deviation, follow up and settlement of regulating actions.
• Follow up and budgetary control of the Investment execution and investment proposals.
• Coordination and survey of forecast information.
• Elaboration with the BU team of the 5 years business plan.
• Economic and financial analysis of business cases when demanded by the Directors.
• Preparation and follow up of documentation to grants and subsidies.
• Support to Finance Direction in recruitment, follow up and evaluation of the finance team in the company.
• Coordination and reporting of financial audits.
• Update of knowledge related to any changes in legislation.
• Review and approve the financial terms in contractual documentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/ or Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in a finance supervisory position of 5 - 10 yrs desired
• Technical capacity, organization skills, problem solving/analytical, customer/client focused, time management, leadership.
