Job summary

Antolin, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a site leadership role in Michigan. You will oversee quality management, environmental compliance, and the P&L, while driving strategic initiatives aligned with group goals.

This role interfaces with commercial teams and multi-department groups to deliver sustained performance. You will develop actionable plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure transparent communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or related field degree or relevant work experience.
  • 7-10 years experience in the automotive/production field.
  • Strategic thinker with effective collaboration with manufacturing operations.
  • Results oriented leader with accountability at all levels.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and driving change.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee site operations, quality target achievement, and coordination with commercial teams.
  • Own environmental matters within the site and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Manage site P&L and strategic planning across functions like HR, finance, and sales.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with group objectives.
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure transparent communication with senior leaders about activities, threats, and opportunities.
  • Monitor site performance, implement corrective actions, and develop detailed reports.
  • Support management in achieving departmental goals.

Mission:
  • Holds responsibility for the development, administration, capability, and compliance of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance Systems.
Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of the site's operational, quality & financial targets, ensuring all departments are interlinking with the commercial teams effectively.
  • Overall responsibility for all environmental matters within the site and liaison with the effectively.
  • Manage all functions within the site P&L operating within a wider group environment - including strategy, operations, HR, finance, sales, capital expenditures, forecasting, budgeting, audit performance and expense management and support key divisional planning.
  • Establishing and implementing strategies that have long-term impact on business results in alignment with group objectives.
  • Developing actionable business strategies and plans for the site that ensure alignment with short term and long-term objectives.
  • Translating strategy into a clear set of strategic priorities and plans for the site, clear goals and metrics and drive results, a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Regular, consistent, and transparent communication with the wider groups and other senior leaders on business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Monitoring site performance and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
  • Developing and support management team to deliver against departmental goals.
What we are looking for:
  • Manufacturing or related field Degree or relevant work experience
  • 7-10 years experience in the automotive/ production field (required if candidate holds no degree)
  • A strategic thinker who is also effective working closely with the manufacturing operation.
  • A results oriented leader with experience driving a best practice culture and driving accountability at all levels.
  • Working knowledge Continuous Improvement and a proven track record of managing a business through a period of change.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
