Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Finance leader with strong experience in accounting, finance, and reporting to global teams. The role emphasizes SAP FI/CO expertise, advanced Excel/Power BI skills, and extensive manufacturing finance background in the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in finance within manufacturing, preferably with OEM/Tier 1 exposure, JIT environments, and a track record of cost control and financial planning. MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance or related field required or preferred.
• MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO mandatory.
• Automotive industry (OEM/Tier 1) and JIT production experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and Power BI or similar reporting tools.

What we are looking for:

• Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Preferred:

• MBA or Master’s in Finance

Highly valued certifications:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
• 8+ years of experience in finance within manufacturing environments
• SAP (FI/CO required)
• Mandatory experience in Automotive industry (OEM / Tier 1), Just-In-Time (JIT) production environments, High-volume, cost-driven manufacturing plants
• Excel & Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Ability to report to global corporate teams
