Job summary

Antolin is a leading global automotive supplier delivering trim, headliners, acoustics, and interior systems to major car brands worldwide. The role focuses on managing external warehouses, packaging raw materials, and ensuring timely shipping and storage accuracy for production.

We seek a candidate with a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), strong Microsoft Office skills, and 3+ years in supply chain or manufacturing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter data into SAP per part and supplier.
• Update cycle count weekly and distribute to stakeholders.
• Update Schedule Agreements for new suppliers or parts.
• Update DOH report every Friday by COB.
• Review BOM for accuracy against print and usage.
• Monitor inventory to reduce obsolescence and issues.
• Review COGI for part issues.
• Check warehouse system parts for accuracy.
• Update part lists for logistics with packaging.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, customers and vendors.

Mission:

Manage external warehouses contract and provide packaging management of raw materials and/or component parts to Manufacturing and validate returnable packaging is available for production when needed. This includes ensuring the material is shipped on time and received/stored accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into SAP per part and supplier.
• Update and distribute cycle count per schedule weekly.
• Update Schedule Agreements as needed by buyers for new suppliers or parts.
• Update the DOH report every Friday by COB.
• Review BOM for accuracy against print and usage.
• Update Material Manager of any potential part issues.
• Review COGI for any part issues.
• Monitor parts for EOP to reduce or zero obsolete inventory.
• Check all parts from Warehouse management system for accuracy.
• Update part list for logistics with packaging.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform job in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Automotive plant experience preferred but not required
• At least 3+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlines.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail, and in person, always with a YES mentality.

Physical Demands

• Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times within the plant.
• Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, talking, working long hours and overtime as required.
