Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–9 years of related experience or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred
• Ability to read/interpret engineering information
• Ability to manage complex projects and contracts
• Knowledge of OSHA, AA, EEOC compliance

Responsibilities

• Manages construction projects from start to finish
• Leads staff of engineers and project support personnel
• Negotiates and manages major contracts
• Reports status (schedule and budget) to owners and company
• Interfaces with operational staff and owner participants
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Leads decisions on complex problems and issues
• Serves as focal point for community/regulatory relationships
