The National Association of Women in Construction is seeking a Project Manager, Plant Construction to lead major generation construction projects with a focus on schedule, budget, and performance criteria. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans while coordinating with engineering staff and owners.
Responsibilities include managing staff, negotiating contracts, and reporting progress to owners and senior leadership, ensuring compliance with OSHA and related regulations.

This position is covered by NERC CIP cyber security standards. Prior to being hired, promoted, or transferred into the position, the candidate must successfully pass a Personnel Risk Assessment, which includes identity verification and a criminal background check. Prior to being granted unescorted access to cyber secure areas, the candidate must attend cyber security training. Annual cyber security training is also required.

Leads and manages major generation construction projects. Develops, reviews, and maintains project schedule, budget, and performance criteria.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Construction projects are of significant dollar value and importance to the company.
Ability to stand up to 1/3 of the time and to sit or walk up to 2/3 of the time. Manual dexterity is required. Ability to talk and listen for long periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. May be exposed to outside weather conditions, loud noise, and vibrations. May be exposed to hazards such as: moving mechanical parts, electrical shock, toxic chemicals, and handle bulky material.
