PNM in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a qualified professional to lead and manage major generation construction projects, develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and performance criteria, and coordinate with owners and regulators.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, contract negotiations, safety compliance, and reporting, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve complex project issues across multiple stakeholders.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor's degree with seven to nine years of related experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree is preferred and can offset part of experience requirements.
• Strong ability to lead teams and manage complex contracts and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Manages construction projects from start to completion.
• Manages staff of engineers and project support personnel.
• Acts as lead in negotiating and managing major construction, professional services, material, and equipment contracts.
• Reports project status including schedule and budget to owners and/or company.
• Acts as primary interface with operational staff and participant owners.
• Ensures all safety, AA, EEOC regulations are followed in project execution.
• Leads project decisions involving complex problems and issues.
• Acts as the project focal point for community, regulatory, and political relationships.
