You will receive maintenance calls and work requests and refers to parties within the department. In this position, you will prepare and expedite all work order requests, etc. as well as operate two-way radio communications. Additionally, you will produce multiple Maintenance Reports and keep Maintenance department statistics. 50% FTEMonday & Friday; 6am-4:30pm**Additional Information:**This is a **part time** (50**%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is overtime **eligible.** **Monthly Salary:** $2,203 - $2,964 Monthly (at 50% FTE) | Range 48 | Steps A-M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
