**The Opportunity:** **WSU Tri-Cities Advancement & Community Engagement** builds meaningful connections with alumni, donors, campus partners, and the regional community. We are currently accepting applications for an **Event & Program Coordinator.** Through high-quality events and engagement programs, our team strengthens relationships and expands the positive image and impact of the university. As the Event & Program Coordinator for WSU Tri-Cities, you will lead the day-to-day design, planning, execution, and evaluation of campus events involving university leadership, alumni, donors, community leaders, and other guests. You will manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, communications, vendors, volunteers, and post-event assessment while serving as a trusted resource for campus partners. You will also manage the Butch T. Cougar Mascot Program and Student Event Support workers. In this role, you will recruit, hire, train, schedule, and oversee student employees; manage program budgets and reservations; set priorities; delegate work; and build relationships that support successful campus and community engagement.
