The Lindy Group, part of PJ Dick-Trumbull-Lindy Group family, is seeking a detail-oriented Plant Accountant focused on billing to support our concrete operations. You will set up customer accounts, review tickets, and turn them into accurate invoices while maintaining customer account health.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in business or related field is required.
• 2+ years of administrative or accounting experience.
• Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills.
• Excellent research and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policy independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer accounts and manage credit applications.
• Review daily concrete tickets and convert them into invoices.
• Handle weekly external ticket review, including tax determination and invoicing.
• Monitor customer credit limits and balances, flag issues for leadership.
• Prepare customer statements.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes professionally.
• Take on additional projects with the Plant Accounting Manager.
