Job summary

You will support core accounting and financial reporting functions across the company, develop expertise in our systems, assist with budgets and closing procedures, and contribute to process improvements that drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Developing a strong working knowledge of company accounting systems and processes
• Preparing and maintaining accounting process documentation, while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assisting with overhead budgets and budget-to-actual analysis
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing workpapers, financial statements, and related schedules/filings
• Supporting accounting operations related to cash, accounts receivable, job costing, and accounts payable
• Preparing special reports
