Job summary

DeZURIK in Redmond, WA seeks an Accounting Manager to partner with the local management team and Corporate Controller to ensure accurate financial records. This role focuses on plant-level accounting activities, including cost accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting/forecasting, partnering with leadership to drive strong financial performance and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting or finance experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a larger team.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Capability with Microsoft Office tools and advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local Redmond management on all operational and strategic processes affecting financial performance.
• Summarize and analyze the current status of financial statements for management review.
• Execute Redmond finance activities, including monthly close and reporting packages.
• Lead cost accounting activities for the Redmond location and ensure product costing integrity.
• Monitor scrap, labor, and overtime to drive operational financial discipline.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconcile to perpetual records.
• Oversee cycle counts, analyze adjustments, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits and regulatory documentation.
