Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an experienced Cost Accounting and FP&A professional to lead financial planning for the Americas region, ensuring accurate monthly closings and compliance with GAAP. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, standard cost updates, production reporting, and providing due diligence for potential acquisitions.

Qualifikationen

• Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Desirable: Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Required: Five to eight years of previous cost accounting, financial planning and analysis experience.
• Desirable: Experience in a manufacturing and/or multinational corporation.
• Audit experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Participate in the monthly closing rolling process.
• Provide analysis of month end results and rolling forecast (revenue, COGS, expenses, headcount, inventory, AR).
• Analyze abnormal items, identify root causes, and suggest actions to management.
• Coordinate consolidation, review monthly/quarterly/annual statements, monitor KPIs.
• Lead annual budgeting, strategy planning, and monthly rolling forecast.
• Implement standard cost updates; monitor variances and prepare COGS reports.
• Assist in monthly financial reports for function management.
• Maintain cost accounting, FP&A policies; propose changes.
• Lead productivity improvement and process re-engineering projects.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Provide financial due diligence and integration planning for potential acquisitions; support executive decisions on M&A.
• Other assigned projects.
