Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pepper spray certification preferable or willingness to obtain.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide client security by following site policies and, when needed, respond to emergencies at a manufacturing site.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly per site procedures.
• Patrol manufacturing areas, offices, access points, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor entry, and report anomalies to site leadership.
• Document patrols and incidents clearly per reporting procedures.
