Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Authorization in Fountain Inn, SC to protect our clients across manufacturing and industrial sites. You will monitor entry points, manage badges, respond to alarms, and conduct routine patrols while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site security procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and issuing badges.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, escalating as needed.
• Maintain logs and reports of visitor activity and access events.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading docks, and perimeter areas.
