Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity, hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports.
