Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time - Site Entrance in Fountain Inn, SC. In this role, you will monitor entry points, manage badge access, and provide courteous customer service to employees and visitors while safeguarding the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Supervisory experience stated.
• 5+ years of security-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or unauthorized access.
• Support a professional, orderly industrial location by communicating clearly with site personnel and documenting observations, incidents, and access-related activities.
