Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor entrances and verify visitor/contractor entry requirements; report unusual conditions to leadership.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations following site reporting procedures.
