Job summary

Fleet Farm seeks a Planogram Analyst II to develop and maintain in-store planograms balancing shopper needs, brand standards, and business performance. You will use data and merchandising expertise to advise on assortment, facings, capacity, and space allocation across categories.

Qualifications

• Experience building planograms (JDA experience preferred).
• Strong space-to-sales analytics and data-informed merchandising decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update planograms using enterprise space planning software.
• Leverage design tools to support clear communication and visual merchandising strategies.
• Own planogram execution timelines and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Schedule and lead category review kickoff meetings with key stakeholders.
• Create reporting and validation tools to ensure planogram accuracy.
