Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Plano, TX, is seeking a Space Planning Analyst to lead planogram creation and updates, ensure merchandising standards, and support space optimization across stores.

You will analyze space and SKU performance using JDA Space Planning and CKB, collaborate with Floor Planning and Merchandising teams, and drive data-driven improvements that enhance assortment and shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Business or related field
• Strong command of JDA Space Planning and CKB to create/report space-to-sales decisions
• 2-4 years of related work experience in retail merchandising and planograms

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and updates of merchandise planogram versions to align with standards and inventory goals
• Execute quality control for planograms; ensure SKU accuracy and product integrity
• Support SBH sales, inventory and profit objectives through micro space rules and guidelines
• Analyze space and SKU performance using Space Planning and CKB; provide recommendations to Merchandising
• Provide on-site store support for planogram execution and collaborate with departments
