Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, as well as assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations, with shifts that fit business needs and the flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover the Customers’ needs; Recommend products; Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
