Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning tasks from planograms to signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will engage customers and teammates, delivering legendary service while supporting store operations and completing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include planograms, resets, price updates, signage maintenance, and PDQ assembly, with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (e.g., Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA approach: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
