Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to perform end-to-end tasks in a store, including planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and support store operations.

Essential duties include maintaining planograms, updating signage, and completing price changes while promoting safety. Flexibility in shifts and a customer‑focused mindset are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
