Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will assist with merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain all signage while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent; farming, ranching, or related knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related tasks.
• Provide merchandise and fixture assembly support.
• Maintain and update all signage for store layouts and promotions.
• Deliver legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members.
• Communicate progress and issues to District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Ensure planograms integrity and complete store updates accurately and timely.
