Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish in-store tasks, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service while supporting other duties as assigned.

You should be flexible, dependable, and able to work shifts dictated by business needs. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store price changes and update signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legenday customer service using the GURA approach.
• Promote a safe, productive environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Interact with customers and team members to support in-store tasks.
