Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service.

You will collaborate with store leadership to complete tasks, maintain planogram integrity and ensure a safe, efficient shopping environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is expected.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Perform price changes accurately and promptly.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service while in-store using the GURA approach: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
• Collaborate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to communicate progress and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and promote a safe work environment.
