Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixtures and maintaining signage.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service daily in-store. Shifts vary; 4+ hours with potential longer days apply across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store layout initiatives and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
