Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in a single store environment, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, perform planograms and resets, manage price updates, and maintain signage with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform price changes accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
