Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, mostly working in a single store. You will own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, and coordinate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations to ensure accurate planograms and timely updates, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
