Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to own and execute finish-to-start tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, price updates, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service daily.

The role requires retail merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write and count. Flexible shifts, safety mindset, and strong problem-solving skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Reading, writing and counting skills essential.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate progress with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA guidelines.
