Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store and support field operations. You will perform start-to-finish tasks including planograms, signage updates, price changes, and fixture assembly while prioritizing customer service and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, resets, and merchandising tasks, maintaining signage, and assisting in safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as scheduled by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and conduct recoveries.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
