Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service using the GURA method.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role includes variable shifts, physical tasks, and a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulators, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for sale).
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
