Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, working primarily in a single store to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures, while assisting with related duties.

You will interact with customers and team members to provide legendary service, communicating with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress, issues, and solutions, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in-store.
