Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our in-store Field Activity Support Team (FAST), responsible for executing planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and supporting store operations.

Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work 4–10 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Team Members may be assigned other duties.
