Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly with a focus on legendary customer service. You will interact with customers and team members daily, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires retail/merchandising experience, 18+ years of age, and the ability to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work shifts.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
