Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute quick-turn tasks in a single store, including planograms, signage, and price changes, while delivering legendary customer service. The role supports other tasks like merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

The position requires 18+ and reading/writing/counting ability, with a customer-first mindset and basic computer skills. Shifts vary by store and may exceed four hours.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
