Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our in-store Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service, communicate with district supervisors, and uphold safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs; perform price changes.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers while in stores using the GURA method: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
