Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team. You will own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise assembly and signage maintenance.

Customer service is central to the role, interacting with customers and teammates to deliver legendary support. The position emphasizes flexibility, attendance, and safe, productive work within our retail stores, with opportunities to contribute to layout

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store signage accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and maintain visual standards.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
