Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will own start-to-finish tasks including planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise assembly and signage maintenance.

You’ll interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service and adhere to safety guidelines. Role requires reliability, ability to work varied shifts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as needed by business needs.
• Communicate with district FAST supervisor on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and store layout initiatives.
• Install and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; ensure planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA approach.
