Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support field and store operations. You will execute planograms, update signage, handle price changes, and assist with fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. You will interact with customers and team members across shifts, maintaining safety and merchandise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Greet the Customer.
• Uncover the Customers’ needs.
• Recommend products.
• Ask for the Sale.
