Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support field operations and ensure end-to-end merchandising tasks within a single store, including planograms, signage, and price changes. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, and count with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
