Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, handling planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service and upholding our standards for accuracy and efficiency.

In this role, you will complete store layout initiatives, updates to signage, and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms and store signage updates accurately and on time.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Install, update and maintain store signage including price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
