Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, working primarily in a single store to own and execute planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service using the GURA method and coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor on work progress.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required; 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting skills are required.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and store resets accurately and on schedule.
• Update prices and install/store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; ensure signage integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about progress and issues.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment; perform other duties as assigned.
