Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in-store. You will own end-to-end tasks including planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining signage accuracy.

You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service, using the GURA approach to greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and ask for the sale.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes.
• Support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintenance of signage.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores.
