Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our field-based support team and execute end-to-end store tasks, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service through the GURA method: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.

Flexibility and reliability are essential as you support operations within a single store and may perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
