Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with start-to-finish merchandising tasks, planograms, pricing changes, and signage maintenance. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while completing tasks efficiently.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude, with duties including planograms, fixture assembly, price updates, and in-store recovery. A strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and scheduled shifts.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in stores.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work progress and issues.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines.
