Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, leading start-to-finish merchandising tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting fixtures assembly and customer service.

The role emphasizes flexible shifts, reliable attendance, and proactive communication with store leadership to ensure accurate task completion and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through recovery and review.
• Provide legendary customer service in-store using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale.
